Arboleas has many of amenities required for day to day living including an excellent supermarket, a general store, pavement tapas bars, medical centre, chemist, post office, banks, gyms etc ( all with English speakers) and a popular weekly street market on Saturdays. Also a number of great restaurants including an Indian am Italian and of course traditional Spanish ones.
